Carry a product change through to the dealer
When a camera changes, its specifications, packaging, manuals, pricing information, and website need to tell the same story. I lead the marketing work across those touchpoints, coordinating R&D, suppliers, Sales, and the people producing the materials.
The 2026 Virtuoso camera transition shows that responsibility in practice: clarifying the new capabilities, guiding production and approval, and connecting the new model with the products it replaced.

Define the differences
I worked with R&D and the supplier to distinguish the analytics available in the 5MP and 8MP models, then developed reviewed feature language for the specification sheet, box, and shared manual.
Guide production & approval
I directed revisions, reviewed the materials with R&D and leadership, and coordinated supplier handoffs. The work progressed through approved specifications and packaging to a completed, corrected manual.
Complete the transition
I clarified inventory and end-of-life status with Sales, directed the new product page from approved specifications, and mapped two older generations to the current replacement.
From reviewed message to production
Carry the distinction into the finished materials
The 5MP and 8MP cameras shared a manual, but their analytics were not interchangeable. I worked with R&D on the 8MP feature language and directed the same changes into the specification sheet, packaging, and manual.
The factory packaging file shows that approved product story carried across the box: model identity and benefits on the front, with specifications and installation details on the supporting panels.
Make shared documentation precise
I directed the addition of model-specific analytics instructions and an explicit 8MP-only label in the shared manual. After the supplier flagged a remaining discrepancy, I coordinated the correction and approved resubmission of the completed 76-page manual.

Make the next step clear
The transition produced reviewed product materials, supplier-ready packaging and manual files, and a defined route from discontinued models to the new product. The replacement links were the final part of a broader effort to keep the product story accurate from technical review through dealer communication.
