Give Sales more than a finished email
A regional event invitation needs a clear offer, the right geographic audience, and a practical way to get from event details to an approved campaign. I develop the creative and the process around it: reusable layouts, audience criteria, proofs, testing, and scheduling.
The 2026 Counter Day campaigns show how I bring those responsibilities together, including explaining what campaign reports can tell Sales and coaching a colleague through execution.
Use the response to guide the conversation
Read the campaign results
When a regional Sales manager asked about email effectiveness, I reviewed recent Counter Day delivery, open, and click rates. I explained that recorded bounces and spam placement are different issues, giving Sales a more accurate basis for planning outreach.
Define the next audience
For the upcoming events, I requested the geographic area or ZIP-code radius, send date, reminder needs, and message emphasis. During campaign setup, I reviewed the contact-location data and refined regional segments around the event locations.
Carry the plan into execution
I coached a colleague through adapting the flyer, building the HTML email, preparing images, testing links and rendering, and scheduling invitations and reminders. Shared templates and proofs kept the handoff connected to Sales requirements.

Make a local invitation useful
The Stoneway Counter Day campaign paired a clear date and location with the products, financing program, and Sales contact dealers could learn about at the event.
I guided the template adaptation and email production with my colleague. We worked through geographic targeting for the Seattle area, considered practical travel distance, and checked the campaign before scheduling it.
The completed email also connected recipients to product reference guides and the dealer partner program, extending its usefulness beyond the invitation.
A process the team can use again
The work gave Sales reusable event materials and a clear campaign brief, while giving a colleague practical guidance for production, targeting, and delivery. Response analysis helped set realistic expectations; regional segmentation and review made the next campaigns more deliberate.
