Help the dealer move from research to installation

A product website has to do more than present a camera or recorder attractively. Dealers need to understand the differences, compare specifications, and locate the documents that support the job. I reorganized VITEK’s WordPress site around that sequence.

The work connected product categories, structured model information, downloads, and dealer resources with a publishing approach the internal team could maintain.

Product-page design

Put the next answer in the same place

This archived monitor page shows the hierarchy in practice: product identity and feature summary first, followed by separate Specifications, Features, and Downloads tabs.

I organized the page so dealers can move from the reason to consider a product into detailed comparison and supporting files. Consistent categories and attributes connect the individual model with the wider catalog.

Make product updates repeatable

Structure the model information

Use defined product fields and attributes to keep model descriptions, specification data, and category views consistent.

Connect the supporting files

Keep specifications, setup information, and other model resources with the product instead of treating each document as an isolated upload.

Equip the contributors

Document the publishing steps and guide colleagues through product-data, resource, and content updates, with technical review where needed.

Own the experience and the upkeep

My contribution combined information architecture, page design, implementation, and ongoing team support. The same decisions that help a dealer find an answer also give the team a clearer structure for maintaining the site.
